Panli.com – online shopping in China

Update: please the comments for this post, a reader had bad experience about using service offer by this site.

Bump into this site which provide shopping service for china. With this you can buy from China site like TaoBao and no need to worried about the seller not sending items outside China.

Initial checking the rate are pretty good. For example to ship to Malaysia using China Postal Service Air Parcel (below 2kg) first 100g you only need to pay RMB14, additional 100g at RMB9. i.e. 500g I need to pay RMB50 + RMB8 for custom declaration fees. Payment can be done using PayPal, Credit Card and TT.

Will try to buy something and check out their services.

this link i see before ..it's quite expensive... it will take our 10percent for the working fees ..
i.e if we buy rmb4000 it will charge the working fees for rmb400 ... not that worth do use...

guys. do not use this site. panli.com. it is a fraud. I have used this site once, ordered something early Oct,2009..Today is 16.Dec. I have spent over USD$600, only one parcel received with way over charged shipping costs. The other two parcels never arrived, I have contacted Panli countless times, never ever had any replies, so I contacted Paypal. Panli suddenly sent a msg said they wont send my other parcels unless I cancel the claim with Paypal. I still have lots of outstanding money in their account, they said they wont refund me... Come on, It's been over two months...They wont pick up phone calls at all...Big fraud. I am still in the middle of it, with no parcels and no refund!!! Do not use them.

I bought a big quantities from a Taobao seller through Panli. I wonder why after a few day and Panli still don't order it for me. Then I contact the seller in Taobao. He said that person (Panli) everday to send a strange emoticon to them (like a waiting expression), because at first Panli asked them to give discount. About Panli policy, they would not help buyer to ask for discount even the seller page wrote that they will give discount if buy a big quantites.

luckily i saw this post, i was almost decided to buy books from TaoBao through Panli already! but now that i saw this... nowaday, it seems too much fraud website on the loose. i think i'll just stop at a bookstore for my next trip if i ever wanted to buy books.

i have used Panli many times, quite happy about their services. although there are some policies which doesn't seem fair, but what can you do.

used their service few times, conclusion is worst. they never proper check for the goods that u order. at the end u received the goods but not actually what u want and panli's customer care just push away the responsibility. Panli charging 10% service charge base on total amount u spend to buy goods. Until the end, i spent more and cannot get what i want...

I wish I read this post before using Panli. I had few orders through Panli. They missed one item in every parcel, the best and most expensive one. The customer service seems "concern" the matter, and requested the ID numbers and photo of shipping labls. Their final answer was that they could not do anything then no more response! It is robbery and steal!

Finally people who agree with my opinions on the site! The policy was totally unfair! I've spent more money on shipping than the actual items itself. They refused to order half of the items on Taobao because they believe its a counterfeit. For god's sake... it's a stupid iphone case! I waited for a whole week for Panli to place my order (my cousin told me that other shipping sites only take a day maximum!) and many more days for them to ship my items. Several of the items I ordered arrived broken because they took off the original packaging and overstuffed it in a big box without any protection. I paid so much for the shipping but was devastated to find expensive items broken before I even got a change to use them!

All in all, it was a horrible mistake to order from them & i will never do it again.
