If your not able to view the SAP Note in PDF, kindly refer to Note 1131299. As indicated in Note 1131299, you need to go to your SAP Support Portal, click my Profile the follow by the Save button.
Depends on your PDF setting, your may get a corrupted PDF file call sapnote.pdf (in actual fact this is a HTML file with following message.
"An error occurred when formatting the SAP Note."
