OK some minor update done to the applications.

- default Auto Refresh Interval 10 seconds
- added options for Auto Refresh Interval (5s, 10s, 30s and 60s)
- added 5 camera from OneMotoring (Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoint)
- removed camera from PLUS
- changed some icons

Nice application. Keep it up a good work
Can i suggest something... For advanced user, they might need to add their own URL of the traffic CCTV.. if that can be done then it will awesome.
Anyway like your app.
