If you are running Windows 2000 go get the O&O Defrag 2000 Free Edition http://www.oo-software.com/ else this is a good and free defrag tools it's called IOBit SmartDefrag you can download it from this location http://www.iobit.com currently in Beta 2.01 but very stable and I have no problem running it at Windows Vista.
